Welcome to Myopathies.info, the first international community by and for people with neuromuscular diseases.

This place is Yours. Myopathies.info has been created by and for people affected by neuromuscular diseases. It started in 2005 with a few emails sent between 3 people affected by Bethlem myopathy. A few weeks later, it became a first website dedicated to Bethlem and Ullrich muscular dystrophies (www.bethlem.info). And today, we want to offer a place where people with any kind of neuromuscular diseases will find pertinent information, meet other people affected by the same disease and share their everyday life experiences.

We tried to organize this site around three simple words:

By clicking "Find", you will access to our community-based knowledge database. We want to aggregate in one place as many information as we can (medical experts, patients associations, accessible activities, neuromuscular diseases description, etc...) and you can help !

Drop us a line and tell us more about all the knowledge you could share with the other members of the community.

By clicking "Meet", you can join our community, create your own account (it is completely free !) and contact other members with the same disease.

By clicking "Share", you will find several discussions group (organized by disease, country, patients associations, etc) that you can join and where you can discuss about all and everything. And if the group you are looking for does not exist, just create it !
